1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baji 8 ("baji 8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://baji-8.com and its associated mobile-optimised interface. Account Security

The general conditions below apply across all game types on the platform.

Sports Betting

• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, including attempting to re-register during an active self-exclusion period.

Account Closure by baji 8

baji 8 reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is being investigated. Upon closure for cause, baji 8 may retain any funds in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately substantiated, funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji 8 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the baji 8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if baji 8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

baji 8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

baji 8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen technical outages. baji 8 will publish advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of baji 8 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the baji 8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and baji 8 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
